Vintage Edge 5 stories, 191 apartments, 17 office suites) by TDK/Imagine1at 5833 Nolensville Pike has landed 4 permits worth $28.7 million to begin work by TDK Construction. Centric Architecture is handling design. Plans are for it to be complete by late 2022.

Post had the story day before yesterday. per the NBJ

The agreement was penned in October between the Metro Industrial Development Board and local development firm Oldacre McDonald, Nashville Post reported. The board plans to issue at least one series of bonds totaling up to $50 million, all of which would be appropriated from the city’s “special assessment” revenues.

502 Thompson Lane will be the locale of a proposed 5 & 7 story mixed-use development Forstone Capital out of Connecticut. It will feature 258 residential units and 4,400 sq. ft. of retail space on the 4.5 acre lot that used to house the Nashville Furniture Warehouse.  Forstone paid $10 million for the land  last June. Alfred Benesch Co. will handle land-planning and engineering.  No word on the architect.  No renderings yet.

Oxford Properties has purchased another 13.6 acres at 2141 Century Farms Parkway within the Century Farms complex for $3.75 million.  No word on what their plans are, but they usually do mixed-use residential projects.  Oxford is also doing a 317 unit/22,450 sq. ft. commercial development across the street at 4071 Cane Ridge Parkway.
