Does anyone know, on average, what land prices are going for in this area from 2014-2016? More specifically in the areas by The Fairgrounds? Thanks

Commercial or residential, Nashvylle?  I can give some first hand anecdotal stuff from the past 18 months, but the best way to research is via Redfin. Set filters for land sold past 2 or 3 years. Do your thing. For a deeper dive, find streets/neighborhoods you like the most then research individual parcels and their ownership history via the Nashville GIS Parcel Viewer:

Well, they ain't too pretty, but it's a significant improvement over the previous lumberyard/industrial hell-hole.

My guess is there will be an elevated boardwalk/patio space. Granted, I have no idea what the space constraints are there, but that type of space could also be alluring to businesses that could make use of the patio space (if big enough)

^ I'm interested to see how they're going to handle the entrances to those storefronts given their height above the sidewalk.
