The portion of Velocity that houses 220 apartments has sold to Dinerstein Companies for $72.9 million.  There are also 40 condos and numerous ground level retail slots that are separate from this deal.  This works out to $331,000 per unit, one of the highest rates seen in apartment sales in the downtown area.
