2013 Wish List

Might as well set some hopes/dreams/goals for Greenville in 2013:

 

1. Downtown residential! Let's see construction on at least 3 new large apartment developments. The ones at the top of my list would be: Church @ University, Rhett @ Wardlaw, Tom Croft on Rhett, and Rhett @ Markley (in no particular order).
2. New development/jobs at CU-ICAR
3. Reedy Square construction begins.
4. Powerline burial project continues. (Haywood Road edition looks fantastic!)
5. City announces that it lands a new major cycling event
6. Verdae sees further development/infill
7. "Something" acts as a catalyst for the Poinsett Hwy makeover initiative
8. Record attendance for the Greenville Drive
9. Downtown trolleys get up and running by Greenlink.
