Update:

 

Target has announced that it will be opening its first TargetExpress store in the new Marshall apartment development (under construction).  The first TargetExpress will be 20,000 sq. feet, which will be much smaller than Target's big-box stores (125,000 to 180,000 sq. ft.) and its CityTarget stores (60,000 to 100,000 sq. ft.). The store will open July 27th.
