'Diff'rent Strokes' star Conrad Bain dead at 89.

 

Some of you may be to young to remember Diff'rent Strokes. Conrad Bain who played Gary Coleman's adoptive father is dead. Todd Bridges and Charlotte Rae who played housekeeper Edna Garrett are the only ones in the regular cast alive. The show aired from 1978 to 1985. The Facts of Life was a spinoff of Diff'rent Strokes.
