I saw the image somewhere (?) and carefully compared it to the site plan which was on the tracker a few months ago and determined it matched exactly. My conclusion was the image was a massing diagram of the revised project. My card, in which I changed the contrast of the picture to heighten the colors......

The original proposal (in which the residential was to be 257') is in the upper left.

But the residential tower appears now to be 27 floors. If true then the building would be closer to 270'.

I think the Rudy image is left over from the first go around and we have not seen any kind of massing for the new building. They were supposed to go in front of Planning in Jan. and did not. So this one is off track now. Will have to check on.

Is that a renovation of the old Jackson's building or a new structure?  I love that they're keeping with the theme of Hillsboro Village but I was hoping  that whatever replaced Jackson's filled up that sliver of parking lot on the corner in the process.

It'll be tough to renovate the old Jackson's building because, quite frankly, there's nothing left!

Oh!  I was referring to the dumpster full of rubble on the lot... surely that could be renovated into some micro-apartments or something!  Haha... Thanks for the info!  I missed that update.

Several new items:

1) Metro North Townhomes just north of Dominican Dr. on9th Ave. North are complete and open.

2) About 3/4 acre on the SW corner of Dominican Dr. and 9th Ave. North has been cleared of several houses and there are stakes in the ground---looks like some sort of townhouse development:

Did a little further research and there are a few other projects on the Base 4 site that I cant find info on here in Nashville. They are also the architects for the Staybridge and Hyatt House in Cool Springs.

Yep I saw that yesterday on  a brief drive, and the Baptist Church project has started IMO as part of the building is now down. I will change that on the map as well.

- McKissak Park Townhomes now called Axis 27, and is u.c. (27 units).

-2720 Delaware in McKissak Park is now open.

- Price Development on Charlotte has demo equip on site, barricades up at entrance.

- Hillwood Court Phase II on Charlotte is now open.

- Stocking 51 Phase II  is now open.

- Belle Grande (2400 Crestmooor) in Green Hills is now open.

- 17th & Grand demo underway.

- 2012 West End, Jack in the Box razed, fencing up.

- Yee-Haw Brewer at 6th South & Peabody is open.

- Home2Suites in MetroCenter has equipment on site, but no fencing.

- CitiView 2 is now complete near I-440 and Nolensville Rd. is now open

- Glo Hotel at Briley Parkway and Glastonbury is now open

- The Russell Boutique Hotel at Russell and South 9th St. is now open

- Vibe City Homes on East Trinity Lane are now open

- Soundwaves at Opryland is now open

- Row of townhomes at NW corner of North 5th Street and Douglas in Cleveland Park area u.c.

- The two businesses (restaurant and health club) at 85 Van Buren is about to open in the next few weeks
