I saw the image somewhere (?) and carefully compared it to the site plan which was on the tracker a few months ago and determined it matched exactly. My conclusion was the image was a massing diagram of the revised project. My card, in which I changed the contrast of the picture to heighten the colors......

The original proposal (in which the residential was to be 257') is in the upper left.

Is that a renovation of the old Jackson's building or a new structure?  I love that they're keeping with the theme of Hillsboro Village but I was hoping  that whatever replaced Jackson's filled up that sliver of parking lot on the corner in the process.

Oh!  I was referring to the dumpster full of rubble on the lot... surely that could be renovated into some micro-apartments or something!  Haha... :) Thanks for the info!  I missed that update.

- Nashville Design Collective in WeHo u.c.

- Greer Stadium area conversion to park underway

- CVS Pharmacy building at 2645 Franklin Rd. completely gutted for new strip center u.c.

- CitiView 2 is now complete near I-440 and Nolensville Rd. is now open

- Farenheit Yoga on 12 South is now open

- Glo Hotel at Briley Parkway and Glastonbury is now open

- The Russell Boutique Hotel at Russell and South 9th St. is now open

- Vibe City Homes on East Trinity Lane are now open

- Soundwaves at Opryland is now open

- Row of townhomes at NW corner of North 5th Street and Douglas in Cleveland Park area u.c.

- The two businesses (restaurant and health club) at 85 Van Buren is about to open in the next few weeks

- The Griff is now open

- Ludlow Flats is u.c.

- Flats at Silo Bend are now open

- Vandy Divinity School is now open

- Capitol View Health Stream building is now open

- JW Marriott park is now open

- 5th Avenue South Storage is now open, I believe

Updates for the development map:

- Phase I of 5501 Virginia Way in Brentwood now open.

- Platinum Storage on Old Hickory in Brentwood now open.

- Lipscomb Academy at Harding Place and Granny White Pike underway.

- Can extend u.c. portion of Vandy Tower all the way to 24th Ave. South now.

- Vandy West End Commons u.c. from 25th Ave. North to 24th Ave. north, midway between Kensington Place and Vanderbilt Place.

- Lindsey's Corner at Charlotte and 42nd Ave. North u.c.

- Mad Platter renovation underway in Germantown.

- 85 Van Buren in Germantown complete and open.

-  Group of 8 townhomes at NE corner of 3rd Ave. North and Coffee St. u.c.

-  Group of about 12 townhomes u.c. at SE corner of Dominican Dr. and 9th Ave. North.

-  Fieldhouse Jones to open next week.

-Envision Cayce Phase II now open. 

- Buntin Group in Railway District now open.

- 26th and Clarksville now open (I believe).
