Spenser, thank you for sharing. We are dedicated to revitalizing the Downtown and surrounding neighborhoods. I (Peter Martinez) personally believe, that connecting doors is the way to go; The more doors we connect to each other via bike, the more logical it would seem to ride a bike. The more someone rides a bike, the more opportunity they see on the streets for economic development, and entrepreneurship and that definitely includes retail.
