Anyone know what is planned here at the corner of 17th and Pearl St? I saw this sign while waking today. Looks like they are wanting to change from R6 to Mixed use (I think). The daycare that was on this site was demolished over a year ago. The area could definitely use a solid mixed use development.

This wil be a residential development from Pearl Street Partners. Look across the the stret to the most recently completed development and that gives you Mike Schmerling and Tony G.

The .82 acre site at 3312 Charlotte Ave. has sold for $2.85 million.  It appears that an LLC associated with Martin Lovelace is the buyer, and they plan to develop a mixed-use multi-story structure of retail and office space.

The transformation of Charlotte Ave is still something that makes me very happy, its come a long way but still has so much more potential of being an amazing corridor for West Nashville in to downtown.

Is this still Michael Kenner doing this? I need to touch base with him. He didnt mention it when I ran into him last week, but other things were dominating the conversation. 

I like this better than the previous plans.
