Snapped a couple walking by tonight. Very curious to see what ends up in the space.

A friend of mine was potentially looking to add another location to their business and I inquired with Kameel on this. He seemed "lukewarm" to the kind of business (yoga studio).

That is one heck of an addition, and for me makes up for the whole parking lot thing years ago!

Talked to Kameel today while shopping. He said they are opening a Mediterranean restaurant in the new building.

I can not like this enough! Their food is really good.

Agreed. I think it will be an awesome addition to that strip of businesses. Always thought they could use a full service restaurant.

Mediterranean restaurant officially  announced. It still bothers me that every time any new business or development happens in the Martha's complex, they refer to it as Heritage Hill. Besides that minor annoyance, I am very excited for this to open.

Soft opening last night for Marcona on Lyon. They open for real on Tuesday. Food was really good. Cocktails were great and wine list was very interesting (they had a Turkish red that was really unique). 

The restaurant is small (but doesn't feel cramped) and the kitchen is completely open. I think it'll be a great addition to the neighborhood.

Interesting having seating right at the kitchen bar. Almost diner-ish.
