Looks like the last bit of scaffolding was removed from around the pyramid yesterday.  Via

You can see into the lobby from Church Street now, and it's about as underwhelming as the exterior. I'll try to get some non-drive by pictures.

800 more parking spaces? Seems like a lot. Can someone remind me how 287k sq ft compares to LU2 and Ally?

Hopefully this is at least an interesting building that takes advantage of road curvature!!

615 Regions is 375K  and  Ally is 750K    Perhaps the parking will be a podium style under the office floors which will give it some more height and then also will allow office floors to look above the adjoining garage.   Just a thought

LU 3 news article sounds like the new Honeywell Corporate HQ to me.  And on Mint St to boost and get ready there will be a logo or sign emblazoned upon the top too.

I suspect you will have to take out a large personal loan to do so! Personally, I am not hot at all on this site for office. Yes, you will get visibility during the Panthers games and from 277 but just a very boring area for employees to work in on a day to day basis.

The amount of parking there is just tragic.

However retail will line the parking garage in the back all the way up to S Church then over to Tryon.  Honeywell must like it and remember the tower of doom Duke Energy center on S Church which spans a whole block will be disappearing in the future.

Something like Foster’s Bow in Calgary would be nice.
