You're missing the point of that they have non-office components ANNOUNCED and IN CONSTRUCTION and amenities this development does not offer currently.

Sounds like they were jealous of the fact charlotte already offers way more of this stuff than they do.

I see a crane out there picking materials at least once a week for the past several weeks. Today there were 8 trucks of Sheetrock that I saw at one point. Even though this first building is open, it is most definitely not all the way open.
