I think it would’ve been great if they would’ve done the Deloitte sign in the beige. (At least for a few days then made it white, like Psych! Got you guys)

Noticing tonight, on my drive in  from the west side, Deloitte also will have and LED light scheme. This skyline is LIT.

Drive by side window shots of the Legacy complex.   Including Honeywell, BOAT at Legacy and the Deloitte tower.  Hard to believe 4 years this did not exist.

Nice aerials as always gman! I really wish developers would implement green roofs more. Like DEC and the project in Southend that’s slipped my mind. Could have been a really cool green space shared amongst Deloitte and BOA ppl. Those flat tops of garages and roofs like these get really grungy over time and will be an eyesore for many ppl on the lower levels of both towers overlooking that blank top.

If they never do anything with these edges they should make them into small surface public parking lots. These two small areas could have about 100+ spaces and could go to great use for all the new retail in that area. Just a thought.

J-Man advocating for NEW uptown surface lots is the most J-Man thing ever. I say that lovingly @j-man!!!

I think those two little green spaces tie into the (probably pipe dream) cap park over 277 (or surface parking lot over 277 if j-man gets his way), haha.

Incredibly excited, this is already my favorite view from Uptown, having it even be better? Sounds fantastic.

I hope that whatever they put there reaches the height of the Ally building!
