Yes! It was even nicer (and more secret) before they took down the hedges surrounding it several years ago. I used to go there during lunch occasionally for a bit of quiet time in a green space and there was never more than 1 or 2 people there.

they are afraid to roll them out with the controversy about their new Phillips Place Southpark tower.    But I do hear more like Deloitte tower than the original Bank of America tower.

Honestly, that's my preference. It's a bit suburban in size but the design is better and cramming another tower that close to BOA would look odd IMO.

So no community input and hide from the community in which they are trying to become a part of? 

Anyone remember all the things Crescent did before they built Ally Tower? They turned the old Good Year into a big art space and hosted community workshops on how to make this a gateway project? https://www.bizjournals.com/charlotte/news/2016/09/09/crescent-communities-to-demolish-goodyear-building.html It's no wonder their is a distinctly different feel from the Crescent projects on Stonewall vs. Legacy block. Some other Charlotte developers are also great at community input from local businesses, leaders, etc. You can generally tell the difference in the projects.

Just as the police use a sketch artist to describe someone here is the only rendering we could come up with about Legacy 4 tower which will be started very soon.  It is 23 story has some balconies and to the side might include a hotel.  I noticed stakes out there today and the lot is all fenced at Tryon and Stonewall. 

Somebody drew this after seeing the rendering.  23 stories mainly glass but base looks like the other 2 adjacent Legacy towers.  It does have a trapezoid base somewhat. 

the actual rendering I predict will only be released after they start construction if then.

Has there been any movement on securing retail tenants for the existing vacant retail locations at LU? It is sad to see this brand new development in the heart of the city more vacant than Eastridge Mall in Gastonia. Just hoping maybe some deals are happening behind the scenes?

RB only has about 150 lawyers in Charlotte.  I can't imagine that they'd need more than four floors.  Is that enough to anchor this tower?  I hope so,

I'd heard that law firm anchor rumor as well.  Complete guess, but I wouldn't be surprised this is where MUFG ends up as well.  I believe they are still in WeWork space.
