Reasonable based on what? 750 ft would be the third tallest building in the state - and by far the tallest residential tower.  BOAT is already the 4th tallest building in the state, and I think it is clear that BOAT is intended to be the literal and figurative centerpiece of the Legacy Union development.  Plus, residential floor heights aren't as tall as office floor heights, and a residential tower that tall would likely require a prohibitively-expensive number of elevator shafts.

In the Forbidden City, you rarely see a residential tower less than 750’, so I assumed that that would be a reasonable figure.  I’m not an architect.

I thought that the Vue and the Museum Tower were around 600’-650’ tall.

The reason it is the Forbidden City is because it makes no sense to compare to Charlotte - which has empty lots scattered through Uptown and where the economics of development are apples and oranges.  The rents don't support supertall construction in Charlotte.

The Vue is 550 and Museum is 450.

I thought that those towers were taller.
