While I agree that clustering so many skyscrapers in this region might throw off the "balance" of the skyline, frankly I don't really care. Plenty of cities have imbalanced skylines, I mean look at Manhattan itself which has two very distinct peaks. It will still look great. So I'm with @SydneyCarton here, or at least why not something 600'+. We seem to have an absolutely endless supply of South End 300' residential, why not basically combine two of those into one huge residential tower in LU? Would bring some life to the area too.

The density part is what I love most about your post. IDK how these things work, but wouldn't it behoove LH to build residential on this final lot to make their vacant retail spots more attractive? Or does that matter when pitching to potential retailers?

Best thing about the Tour Montparnasse: from the Tour (Tower) one cannot see the tower. 

(Fr.:  le tour-move in a circular motion such as LE tour de France. La tour=tower. LA Tour Montparnasse. Le = masculine La=feminine gender noun.)

I think Lincoln Harris is making so much off parking lot revenue and Fortune 500 corporate office tenants that they don't really give a care in the world about all the vacant retail they were forced to build. If they could secure more huge office tenants I think they will and we will have our vertical suburban office park complete. They've made no commitments to contributing to vibrancy and indicated if the right corporate tenant came around they won't say no.

I think there’s Zero Chance it’s Topped out by May if all of the floors are Cast-In-Place Steel Reinforced Concrete (Post Tensioned).  It would be more like September/October topping out.  If this has Steel Framing above the Podium Parking (Like Lowe’s Tower in SouthEnd) then it will be topped out by the end of May/June timeframe.

This is from the slope on E Good Samaritan Way down to the Belk Freeway (on the side of Jinya Ramen / Museum of Illusions looking towards Legacy Union). The sun hits the sides of all of the buildings along 277 at sunset.

I guess we are lucky we got that remember they had started construction then released that.  If I see any I will post them for sure.  this one is on Loopnet a little different view

^great pic! But sorry for a semi off topic post but damn does Brooklyn VA really need to be four lanes wide? Always thought it would be cool if a street car ran down this street connecting to the metropolitan area but since it’s already going down trade, let’s get some protected bike lanes. It is not that safe of a bike ride to the metropolitan area unfortunately. Cars going way too fast which is why you see most bikes on the sidewalks.
