I'm glad to see they're planning to give the old girl a makeover. I stayed there a couple of times over 20  years ago. It looked dated even then, like an indoor "motel".  It's built like a WW2 bunker, and it's iconic on the K'town skyline.

I’m happy to see it get new life too. It’s definitely been through some interesting proposals before arriving here but if this has UT involved I’m sure this will actually come to fruition.
