The estimates have the Shreveport MSA adding Webster Parish to the metro area. Bringing the total to nearly 450,000. Shreveport loses it's rank as number 3 MSA in the state to Lafayette until official numbers come out in 2020. What's the chance of the CSA reaching into Texas?
