Gonzales requirement for parks in neighborhoods?

To the Gonzales posters, I hear there is a new code that says new neighborhoods being built from here on out must include a park?

Probably will push the cheaper developments out of city limits. Wonder what the actual requirements are.

That would be a good thing for the city and it's median income. I wish they would ban one-entrance subdivisions.

Why? Who in the world wants traffic driving throughout their neighborhood? That's the last thing a parent wants.

i have a park in the middle of mine, but its run down and full of the "Bad Crowd" people. literally, I came home from work friday and saw 4 cop cars around the park with the lights on...hince Bad Crowd brings Cops.

No when population reaches 200,000 and more. Ascension has enough of a road grid that it should take advantage of that asset. With the lack of taxes coming in from businesses, road improvement projects are far in the future as traffic gridlocks more of our roads.
