Development in Miami.

Miami is experincing another high rise boom and most of them are design to activate the pedestrian activitives in downtown.

 

I understand Miami incredible growth is due to wealth in latin america and its international appeal.

 

I was just thinking since Orlando is only 3 hrs away. Why cant we capture the left over business from there so we can have the similar boom?

 

Market ourselves to latin america. I am not sure if our fair city of Orlando is doing this.  I really dont mind seeing a bunch of empty shiny high rises in downtown Orlando.

Orlando doesn't have the latin flavor they're looking for.

Miami has it all, plus the beaches are just a few minutes away.

Orlando will continue to be a small-ish city for some time to come.

That's OK with me though.

Wouldn't want to see it get too big.
