random stuff seen around the state... what is it?

So a few things I have seen...

 

Charter Oak Credit union is building a pretty big HQ building in Waterford along 85 (I think its 85)   they have literally moved a mountain of dirt.  its quite imopressove to drive past.

 

right near by the natures art place with the huge dinosaur out front built a new building thats about as big as the existing one.  not sure what thats all about, but there as certainly been some development in the area.

 

 

 

 

what is this?

There are two large industrial looking buildings going up in Colechester area right next to Route 2

any ideas?

 

one on either side of the highway (they may be a mile apart, Im not sure, but its new construction and at least one is quite large.

It is right on Rt 2, so this is definately one fo the tweo buildings I saw
