How about if they tear down the Kefauver building and rebuild the Vauxhall Gardens building that was there originally?  Sorry to ruffle feathers among our Mid-Mod fans, but I would love to have a rounded, stone turret or two in that location!  Of course, that materials cost alone would be impossibly high today.  But while we're dreaming . . .

Acceptable. I'm sure my church will appreciate that, too, rather than having to stare at a 100 foot wall across the way.
