It's interesting to note that Univision is now the 5th most watched TV network in the nation, slightly trailing CBS. They even beat out the english networks and take #1 on some nights. What's their schedule like? I have no idea, just thought i'd throw that out there.

They have a variety show called Gigante Sabado that airs on Saturdays. It is the longest running Saturday night program or something like that...I believe.

Reverse it, it's Sabado Gigante.

Orignally a show out of Chile I believe, now filmed in Miami.

They're real big on the novellas. They're like soap operas, but they end. So there's more variety through the year.

Thanks, Brickell.

I see Univision all the time in the Mexican restaurants in my town. They do seem to like soap operas/novellas.

Thanks monsoon. The blue text on super bright cyan background as seen on my LCD monitor just burned out my eyes... or "Mis Ohos" to my spanish speaking friends on Univision.

Ah yes, Jump the Shark, a now legendary phrase coined after the episode of Happy Days in which Fonzie jumps over a shark on his water skis.
