To each his own.  I believe the developer worked with the DRB on the railing design.  A DRB meeting I was at several months ago they mentioned this project as a good example of urban railing design.

Nice infill and another good residential alternative, just a short walk from downtown.  I like it.  It reminds me quite a bit of much of what's going up in LoDo near Union Station out here.

There is a dentist opening at the corner of the development on Stone as well. I believe there is one decent sized available spot left between the Dentist and Two Chefs and a smaller spot between Two Chefs and Ji Rozs remaining in the Stone/Main corner, then a small spot on the corner of Rowley next to the leasing office.

My lease was up at SouthRidge and Main at Stone offered me two months rent free.
