I really like how much open space will be around this building. I wish this would count as green space to replace the park on Church so that TG can build Paramount.

They have to have at least 50' around the building according to federal guidelines because of the OKC bombing. Remember, that is still Federal property and can be fenced off if the so desire as the Feds can do what ever they want to do.

How tall are the ceilings for the Federal Courthouse, they seem very tall. The structure looks to be about the same height as the 11ish story building in front.

There is just one building remaining on the block and that is the Berger building. Some of the floors seem to be close to 20'.

Which would be typical of federal courtrooms.      Thinking about the large room, elevated bench and witness boxes, public seating etc.

Yeah, it's kind of an of juxtaposition with the original street frontage next door. I had always hoped those would one day spark their neighbors to again construct a whole block of similar structures, but alas. I'm sure the CH will grow on me.
