Ummmm....I think I sorta like it. It will definitely have an impact on the Music row area skyline. I like that it is wide and has height.

That is going to be a long building. Joy Ford's old building is going to be buried in all of these high rises, and then her property will not be worth anything. She should have sold her property when she had a chance.

Good point, Todd. But her children or grandchildren could have used that money for all kinds of positive things (education, healthcare, philanthropy, etc.). But, yes, she probably didn't care about the money. That's good for her, because now her property is essentially worthless.

Air rights can, indeed, be valuable depending on the city and the setting. I don't see that in this case. But I could be proved wrong.
