I can't tell you how excited I am to see that POS come down. The green panels from the top are apparently being saved for future use.

I think it's going to be used as an artistic element in the new building. And it's doubly cool cause it's already green.

I wish they had set up a live webcam to watch the demolition. It looks really fascinating as they move through each section but it's colder than snot outside.

In some ways this reminds me of when they demolished the Chicago Sun Times building to make way for the Trump Tower. We happened to be in Chicago when it was going down. That building was ugly too!
