West Point Shopping Center

Another shopping center is planned for Murfreesboro. Plans call for 450,000 sq. ft. of retail in phase one with office and residential planned in later phases. The location is right off exit 80 on I-24 (New Salem Highway). The development is called West Point and is under contract by CBRE. More info coming soon.

A nice big  multiplex movie theater would be nice too...and Gander Mountain outdoor gear.
