Madison @ Mclean apartments are about to finish garage level this is a really long building that will fill this entire block.

That is Southland Casino in West Memphis, which is currently undergoing a major expansion that includes a 20-story hotel and a new gaming floor.

I think this project in particular needs to be placed in its own separate thread.

Just decided to add a few photos from Raleigh my neighborhood.  This is some of the redevelopment at the Raleigh Town Center, A huge skate park, walking trail with lakes and fountains, library, and police precinct with the traffic bureau.

I was curious how this was coming, hadn't seen anything lately.  Had no idea it was this far along.

I drove past it a couple of weeks ago while I was in town visiting and was really blown away by how vastly different the former mall site looks. It's such a 180 and hopefully a catalyst for more development in the area.
