Nashville-based West End Restaurants told the Post the restaurant will not be called BrickTop’s, adding a name has yet to be determined. The future restaurant will operate from a large space at the skyscraper’s northeast corner at Demonbreun and Almond streets across from the Schermerhorn Symphony Center.

West End Restaurants said that although the future restaurant will have a much different decor and feel compared to that of a BrickTop’s, it will feature “all the hallmarks of our BrickTop’s locations: great food, excellent service, comfortable atmosphere and a menu with broad appeal."

The restaurant space will cover approximately 7,000 square feet, the company said. It will feature an outdoor patio and the capability of hosting private dining events.

The River House will be the name of a new 300 seat,  7,314 restaurant in the Bridgestone Tower at 200 4th Ave. South.  It is associated with the same folks who do Bricktops Restaurants.

Sorry, but that building is just so bland IMHO. Glad it's there for the street activation, when that restaurant is opened. And it adds height at that end of downtown. However, it's easy to look past. And the blue glass makes it (and other buildings with the same glass) nearly invisible some days.

The River House restaurant has released exterior renderings for their first floor space at Bridgestone Tower. Story Construction is the contractor, with Design and Engineering of Brentwood overseeing exterior design, and Meyer Davis Studio is handling the interior design. A $2 million permit has been issued for the 7,300 sq. ft. work.
