Thanks gman...this is a huge & complicated building project downtown (3 significant structures)  where we should exercise some patience. I'd love to see it all completed in a year...it won't happen.

I know I am impatient, but it was a beautiful day today and the site was vacant. You would think with a project this big they would be working 6 days a week, especially when they lost a couple of days this week due to rain.

As long as they’re on schedule for late 2019 completion, there is no reason for them to have to work overtime on the weekends and cause the overall cost of the project to go up due to having to pay the workers more.

Correct. What you are seeing in the above pics is the east end of the garage. You can even see the garage entrance/exit in the first pic. Above that will be the apartments: http://www.wakefieldbeasley.com/work/camperdown-residences/

Surprised by that as well, what about exhaust?

There most certainly has to be an exhaust system. It would work like an underground parking garage in a sense.

The plaza side still looks incredibly boring. Too much stucco for my taste.
