I noticed the other day they are doing  brick work on the back side of the parking deck that is to be below the appts. Anyone know when the new crane will be installed for the rest of the building?

Mid-late Summer 2018 with three separate tower cranes (one for each building) according to CAP.

They’re supposed to start installing the garage panels today.

Thanks gman...this is a huge & complicated building project downtown (3 significant structures)  where we should exercise some patience. I'd love to see it all completed in a year...it won't happen.

I know I am impatient, but it was a beautiful day today and the site was vacant. You would think with a project this big they would be working 6 days a week, especially when they lost a couple of days this week due to rain.

As long as they’re on schedule for late 2019 completion, there is no reason for them to have to work overtime on the weekends and cause the overall cost of the project to go up due to having to pay the workers more.

I didn’t realize that they were putting glass into the garage. That is what I’m seeing, correct?

Correct. What you are seeing in the above pics is the east end of the garage. You can even see the garage entrance/exit in the first pic. Above that will be the apartments: http://www.wakefieldbeasley.com/work/camperdown-residences/
