This is a really good looking project.  Along with the Grand Bohemian, this is really cracking open this side of town. I am excited to start hearing more about the retail elements and what project pops up next over there.  I do hope this part of town develops cohesively and we just dont jump from one shiny object to the next.

Yesterday afternoon, I drove up Falls St. for the first time since they started going upward with the buildings. That apartment building is massive. And the drive over the Church St. bridge is nice going both ways. Good and dense. And inviting.

Looks like it will top out pretty soon. They are on the the next to last floor now. Correct?

Two more floors to go after this one they’re currently working one.

You can see the pattern in the brick on the AC Hotel.  Also it appears that one of the small buildings in the plaza has began construction.

Yep. Probably won't until Especially Auto site is redeveloped. Hopefully that happens sooner than later.

Yes for the 15 floors that it turned out to be but not for the 17 floors it was reported to be. The 17 floors that was widely reported in news reports was wrong.
