The farm/pasture on the corner of South Bluebonnet and Nicholson Dr

From a past topic, I figured out the farm/land between longwood planation road and the south bluebonnet has been purchased by Wampold and will be used for both commercial and residence development.

 

Does anybody know how about the farm/pasture right to the north of  Lexington Estate,  in the corner of south bluebonnet and Nichoson Dr. (right next to Wampold's land)? Will that farm be bought to use as some kind of construction? That farm is beautiful, and has a private hunting trail. Hope it will stay there.
