Is this due to Covid or is this property not leasing as fast as other comparable properties in Nashville? Do you know what percentage leased is?

thanks

They did not give a figure on percentage for the residential units, but they did place alot of slow leasing on the shoulders of Covid. Having to switch to all digital tours and appointments hurt them

5th & Broadway announcements:

1) Tecovas, a high-scale Auston-based boot retailer, will open its first location east of the Mississippi at the complex.  A $240,000 permit has been issued to build out with Ikon Construction handling the work. Not sure where it will be in the grid.
