Anyone know if there is an apartment tower/complex in downtown or midtown that has an actual 25-meter length pool for lap swimming? Whether indoor or outdoor? I know that many in the midtown area are very close to the Centennial complex.

They did not give a figure on percentage for the residential units, but they did place alot of slow leasing on the shoulders of Covid. Having to switch to all digital tours and appointments hurt them

Pearl Media out of New Jersey has announced the activation of its digital and static advertising properties at 5th & Broadway.

•    The “Welcome to Nashville” sign, a 40’ x 25’ 8MM LED display that is Nashville’s newest landmark welcoming everyone entering the Downtown area.

•    The “L Street Live” sign, a 48’ x 20’ 8MM display that sits atop the walking street that carves through the main corridor of the property. With full motion capability the screen will allow for brand messaging, live feeds, consumer engagement and social media integration.

•    Two (2) large format 9mm pitch LED screens at the National Museum of African American Music.

•    Eleven (11) 55-inch LED kiosk faces.

OMG I will go to downtown Nashville just for those waffles.  Anyone who's been to Belgium knows that the best Belgian waffles are the ones from Liège.

5th & Broadway announcements:

1) Tecovas, a high-scale Auston-based boot retailer, will open its first location east of the Mississippi at the complex.  A $240,000 permit has been issued to build out with Ikon Construction handling the work. Not sure where it will be in the grid.
