I don't recall the exact number, but must excavate about 25-40 ft

Can someone with knowledge of this development confirm that once excavation is complete, construction on the two buildings will commence? Want to make sure we aren't going to have another West End Summit... except on Nashville's main street. 

I presume the answer is yes, but want to make sure.

...the two buildings AND the groups of restaurants/H&M/museum. I'm assuming the H&M and NMAAM is a 'go' but are the apartment tower and office tower approved/funded/fully permitted?

Ironically, IIRC, I think the initial CC on site was left with a large foundation hole for awhile.  I could be mistaking another project, but I'll see if I can dig it up...

As far as I know all buildings will be built at the same time. I saw permits that were either applied for or issued for the apartment tower and the office tower.

Over the summer I think Emery said that he already at least three banks already lined up willing to finance the whole thing.  I think it was Pinnacle, First TN, and someone else.  Doesn't sounds like it should be an issue.
