It'll get there eventually. Look how massive that concrete floor plate is on the office building. How long does one floor take to pour?

I know they are opening an Apple Music office in the May Hosier building. I wonder if it’s goanna be more office or more creative space. It would be awesome if they did a local artists series kinda like NPRs tiny desk.

Whatever the Fifth+Broad Mystery Corner is about to become, it has the makings for some very odd but noticeable angles and corners, depending on the build-out.

I think the structure itself is still going to be rectangular and the setbacks on the main building are cut-offs of usable space from the redesign.

It’s going to be a mini 5th and Broadway as a gift from Derek Zoolander for Kids who want to read well and do good stuff too.
