Pretty close. Renaissance manages the space and has existing booked business.

I'm excited to see this project start. I am surprised that the article did not mention H&M coming to the development. I wonder if that has changed?

In the wake of the Metro Council member's demands to put an entrance to the NMAAM on Broadway and another deadline looming, Patrick Emery "speaks" with an article in the Tennessean.  Nothing new... in fact very little about the 5&B project.  More really about the 5th Avenue of the Arts.  http://www.tennessean.com/story/opinion/2017/01/06/african-american-music-museum-core-nashville-development/96174732/

Found this slightly different rendering of ground level looking NW of the 5th and Broadway project.  The retailers and restaurants have divergent configurations and exterior treatments.  Nothing major by any means, but just trying to stay current with what is out there.

Avison and Young may be out because they are doing the marketing for the new Mainland 30 story office tower on the round about. At least that is my opinion.
