If anyone needed evidence the rooftop bar shark has been jumped, this is your definitive proof.

What is that on the right, a street or an alleyway?  It looks way too wide to be an alley way, but I can't help but notice that there aren't sidewalks, so I've gotta hope it isn't a street!

It’s the little access road that runs between the HCA building and the parking lots adjacent to it, between it and I-40. So it’s looking south towards the Gulch (1212 and Icon being visible). I’m assuming that parking lot will eventually be developed, seems like too good a location to be a surface lot forever.

Its in the middle of this screenshot from Smeag’s wonderful development map, right where the “H” is in HCA.

The 26,000-square-foot Publix market planned for the corner of Charlotte Avenue and 11th Avenue North will include a pharmacy and enhanced prepared "grab and go" options such as sushi, soup and sandwiches.

In quick research, the average new Publix is around 45,600 sf. The new 8th South store will be 39,000 sf., so at 26,000 sf this store will be comparatively small.
