HealthStream and KCI Technologies have opened their offices in the new 10 story structure at 500 11th AVe. North that is part of Phase III of the Capitol View development.  WeWork will be added to 2 floors next week.  That means that 60% of the building has been leased, with another 130,000 sq. ft. available. 

The adjoining Trolley park, which sits in a small plaza just to the SE of the building, has also opened.  It will be joined by the 2.5 acre Frankie Pearce Park on the other side of the CSX tracks in the next few months.

The new office in Capitol View is very nice and is designed to attract a workforce of millennials. Very open to promote collaboration, many small spaces throughout for meetings to individual "focus" areas, lots of technology, lots of natural light. Nice views up here on the 9th and 10th floors! And no buttons in the elevators!

This is all a controls item. Elevators have several types of controls that tell the elevator what to do. If I am understanding the controls correctly this is most likely a “single automatic” control system.  Passengers push buttons once and the elevator moves through the destinations and stays at the final stop and waits for its next command

MassageLux massage therapy spa will open it first Tennessee location at 500 11th Ave. North in Capitol View this fall.  They will join Clean Juice, Jón Alan Salon, drybar, Starbucks, Your Pie, Club Pilates, M.L.Rose, SVM Boutique, Sercy + Co., and Valerie Boutique. Other retailers opening soon in Capitol View including Publix, HOTBOX, Rukus Cycling Studio, WeWork, VICI and Central BBQ.

Additionally, the residential units at Capitol View are now 85% leased.

Bridge Connector is another health care company (in this case data sharing) that will be relocating to Capitol View.  They will move from the Fifth Third Center to 500 11th Ave. North.

Eventually. The parcel is owned by HCA now and there are eventual plans for an office building there, but from my understanding it will be a while.

You may also be referring to the area between the hotel and office building and if so , no plans for construction are in the works as far as I know. I think that is part of the hotel footprint.

Publix in The Residences at Capital View building appears closer to opening. Lots of signage going up (pictured along Charlotte). Really excited about this one in particular (no more trips to Belle Meade lol).
