Has the new Essence Restaurant site always been fenced off? I can't recall. Hope they're getting started on this soon!

I'm not sure how long, but I did notice the new overhang for the retail and that City Built Brewery will be in the Northern portion of the original building

Yes it has been fenced off for awhile now.  There used to be a bunch of steel siting in that area, probably went to some interior space in the apartment building though.

Per Field & Fire's FB page they are opening a spot here in August/also keeping their spot in the Downtown Market.
