This project deserves it's own thread.  The First phase design is on pages 14-42.

Overall, I really like the proposed design, though the "greenway" elevation still needs some work in my opinion. 

 

City Council passed first reading last evening to create a new zoning classification for Courier Square that allows increased height in exchange for requiring 3' wider sidewalks, creating more setback from the street.
