Beverly Hills-based music label Concord Music Group will lease space in Gulch mixed-use building 1201 Demonbreun, Nashville Business Journal reports.

The California company will take 20,000 square feet in the 15-story building, which is also home to entertainment industry companies Sony Music Nashville and talent agency William Morris Endeavor.

More than 80 percent of the 285,000-square-foot office building has been leased, according to NBJ.
