There was a time when giants walked among the hills of Tallahassee, making Florida one of the most forward-looking states in America. I wonder when we'll ever see that kind of leadership again.

 

Sincerest condolences to the governor's wife, Donna Lou, his family and legions of friends.

Thank you for posting that link. He was a great man, and it's too bad he was never elected to public office again after his gubernatorial years.
