Check out this article, which is a "guide to the personality of Nashville neighborhoods." http://blog.wannadonashville.com/2014/01/21/wanna-know-your-city-your-guide-to-the-personality-of-nashville-neighborhoods/  It includes tongue-in-cheek descriptions of 12South, the Gulch, Hillsboro Village, East Nashville (again all as one entire neighborhood, but I digress) and Sylvan Park (which seems to include West Meade, if not Bellevue?). The boundaries are a little off but the hipster satire is spot-on.
