Midtown Lansing

Midtown Lansing is a 66-unit apartment building under construction at the eastern border of Lansing.  It's called Midtown, because it's generally located between downtown Lansing and East Lansing along Michigan Avenue.  It sits partially in a floorplain meaning most multi-story buildings in this area are built above parking and some retail and this is no exception.  There is also a bank branch on the first floor replacing the stand-alone branch across the street.  It's being marketed to international students, hence the "Jia" Chinese character on the roof which means "home"
