Doesn't mean anything. Phase I and II at M West sold and construction still hasn't started on that which was supposed to happen two months ago.

City homes@Markley are single family homes. Build like row homes in older cities, so they will be built as they are sold. We are waiting on site permitting to get started. So far the interest has been in the bigger, higher end model. The next one we will list will be under $600,000. We will adjust future homes to market demand.

As a side note the first two units will have PV solar systems.
