Really they should move the curb cut to be across from Rowley St and close off the Waffle House one.  That would line it up better and further from the signalized intersection.

If a company wanted a big presence, this would be the location as it would be pretty visibility I think there.

$16-33m for a new police HQ? This would be the perfect time to build a super complex of State Offices from County Square, build a new city hall and police HQ at one site. Is that too ambitious of a project? Perhaps such a project would “save” money for each respective entity in their pursuit of finding/building new space.

I thought that too. Wonder if they are moving the prescriptions temporarily  while the store is rebuilt.  Oh well more business for the Harris Teeter pharmacy at North Pointe when it gets here.

They told me that location was completely closing.
