The new Half Moon Outfitters location looks great from the outside. Tetrad Brewing in the basement has a great setup, as well! I kind of wish both of these were on the new trail extension, but they're a nice upgrade for this section of Stone Ave nonetheless. The sketchy club behind it will hopefully be redeveloped.

Wow - This looks interesting. Combined with the property across the street hopefully going to be developed - Per Vicupstate "602 - 720  E. Stone Ave. sold for $2.5mm.   This is next to the  cemetery. " All conceptual at this point though.

Redevelopment signs up at former Rite Aid.

Guess no Walgreens for that corner. Probably not needed anyway since Harris Teeter will have pharmacy down the street and Walgreens and Koger's family of stores have been testing placing each others products in both stores in some markets.

Is this outside the DRB  influence? This is poorly planned IMO.  Looks very suburban, low density, lots of asphalt.

No they wouldn't.  That said, I don't know that this proposal is anything more than a hypothetical option provided by the seller/Real Estate agency.  Someone could  lease the  entire building and want something that looked different than the renderings.  Unless the seller is willing to sell instead of lease though, it probably wouldn't change the size or footprint of the existing building.
