Fascinating! Everything looked so fresh and clean back before The Depression.  Thanks for posting. I think the hill they're riding down in the wagon is the road that comes up to Melrose at the corner of Hess Hall. There are a few of those old houses still there. Can't tell if that particular one is there, but they're all used by UT now for various organizations. And I think I actually know one of the Kuhlman family members... I think he owned the Pizza place on the Strip (Stefano's?!?) about 15-20 years ago.
