The glass is see through on the left side on the rendering so I'm not too optimistic a tint being put on there, especially since we can already see the argyle pattern.  I do believe that something will be done retroactively. Hope I'm wrong, though.

I hate to say it, but honestly, from straight on it reminds me of this notorious beast in downtown Louisville:

I had a corporate apartment rental in that "beast" in Louiville a few years ago. My one positive comment about my time there--the view was great (I was on the north side of the building, with river and skyline panorama).

It definitely does have a very 'cold' look to it...and I don't think the cloudy sky and dead trees in that particular shot help matters any.  haha

The problem with having a building with windows you can see in is that the "dark" windows then begin to look like broken out glass from a distance.  It really makes a building look run down.

Yikes!  I had never seen this beast building before, it is terrifyingly ugly.  Looks like a rotten old bone.  If you had said it was in the shadow of Chernobyl I wouldn't have been surprised.

How soon can we get this building blocked by other highrises? I will throw in some money.

Guys calm down, this building isn't done yet. Plus this extends the skyline, it's really prominent when looking from south. Let's just wait and see what happens

I hope you are right, but maybe you could fill us in on why you think it is not done? Specifically on the window part? Has there been information shared about them tinting them? Seems like an inefficient method, unless they realized their mistake after construction, to wait till a building is up to tint the windows. I would of thought that would be a step during manufacturing/production
